VIEW GALLERY: Secretary of Education Patrick Tutwiler Visits Salem Early Childhood Center

Massachusetts Secretary of Education Patrick Tutwiler was among several state officials to visit the burgeoning Salem Early Childhood Center Tuesday morning, touring and observing two classrooms and discussing possibilities of the ECC.
